Iron scrap

Iron scrap consists of various discarded iron-based materials, such as rusted metal sheets, broken pipes, old engine parts, and machinery fragments. These pieces typically have rough, aged surfaces with visible rust and corrosion, a natural result of exposure to moisture and air. Iron scrap is a key raw material for recycling and reprocessing into new iron and steel products, making it essential for industries like construction, automotive, and heavy machinery production.

Aluminum UBC

(Used Beverage Cans):

Empty, discarded aluminum cans, which are one of the most recycled forms of aluminum scrap.

Cast Aluminum Scrap

Sourced from old engine blocks, transmission housings, and castings. It is known for its high strength and is used in automotive and machinery parts.

Aluminum Extrusion Scrap

: This type includes aluminum frames, pipes, and profiles used in windows, doors, and construction materials.

Aluminum Tense Scrap

Consists of mixed, unclean aluminum castings, often sourced from engine components and mechanical parts.

6063 and 6061 Aluminum Scrap:

These are specific grades of aluminum alloy extrusions that are widely used in the construction and aerospace industries.

Alloy Wheels Aluminum Scrap:

These are used, slightly corroded wheels commonly recycled as aluminum scrap. These alloy wheels, featuring a mix of shiny and weathered surfaces, are a valuable source of recyclable material used in various industries.

Bare Bright Copper (Millberry):

This is the highest quality copper scrap. It consists of clean, uncoated, and unalloyed copper wires and cables. It is bright and shiny, making it the most valuable form of copper scrap.

#1 Copper (Clean Copper Tubing or Wires):

This includes clean, uncoated, and unalloyed copper pipes, tubing, and wires. It may have some tarnish or patina but is free from attachments or impurities.

#2 Copper:

This is copper with slight impurities or coatings, such as paint, solder, or other attachments. It comes from electrical components, pipes, and household items.

Copper Turnings and Borings:

These are small shavings, filings, or fine particles of copper generated from machining and manufacturing processes.

Copper Alloy Scrap

(Bronze and Brass)

This type includes copper mixed with other metals like zinc (to create brass) or tin (to create bronze). It is used in plumbing fixtures, musical instruments, and decorative items.
